Sessions & Fees

Sessions cost £50 for 50 minutes. I work in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham, UK.

I offer an initial free 15-minute meeting online, where we can explore your hopes for therapy.

If you would like to proceed, we will meet for an assessment session and then continue to meet on a weekly basis. We’ll continually review the work together.

I offer a reduced fee to trainee counsellors and psychotherapists.
